PRODUCT DATA SHEET:
SD300 is a styrene-series macroporous adsorption resin polymerized with aromatic ring and unique pore diameter, which is featured by separating nonpolar matters from polar solutions.
Not containing ion-exchange functional groups, it performs adsorption force by its peculiar macroporous structure of high specific surface area and appropriate pore size. Especially SD300 takes advantage of its larger surface area and preciser pore size over generic adsorbents, its adsorbability and elution rate for organics and organic color matters function rather more excellent.
In applications, SD300 is most suitable for removing odor and improving taste of high fructose syrup, meanwhile maintaining or decreasing the high PH value of the feed if applicable. Besides, it can also adsorb polar substance from solution, ie. remove odor from maltose.
