PRODUCT DATA SHEET:
SD333 is a styrene-series macroporous adsorption resin polymerized with aromatic ring and unique pore diameter, which is characterized by separating negative polar sustances from nonpolar solutions.
Containing a small numbers of weak base anion-exchange functional groups, it presents weak negative polarity and exchanges anions by electrostatic pull per se. In addition, it contains higher specific surface area and unique macroporous structure which qualify its strong adsorption force to large molecules. Overall, SD333 is validated to adsorb anionic organics and impurities from nonpolar solutions, in particular with large capacity and efficient elution rate for a variety of organic matters &pigments.
In applications, SD333 is widely used for odor and pigment removal in F&B industry and most suitable for sugar liquid decolorization and deodorization for improving the taste, such as removing strong acids and negative impurity molecules from Stevia, meanwhile maintaining the acidic PH value of high frutose syrup or decreasing the high PH value of the feed if applicable.
