2. Customization: With over 100 colors available, customers can request customized sizes by sending small samples for reference.
3. Quotation Process: To receive a project quotation, send the drawing to discuss specific requirements and receive a tailored quote accordingly.
4. MOQ and Color Mixing: The minimum order quantity is 30 pieces, allowing for a mix of up to 3 colors in a 20ft container, subject to stock availability.
5. OEM Service: STRONGQUARTZ offers OEM services for branding with customer logos or company names.
6. Order Lead Time: Delivery timelines depend on order quantity and current workload, typically shipping within 30 days of order confirmation.
7. Payment Terms: Payment structure includes a 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% due before container loading.
