Wood Briquette machine is the main equipment for making rod-like solid fuel by using wood chips, rice husks, peanut husks, plant stalks and other carbon wood materials (without any additives) under high pressure and high temperature conditions . it is a new type of renewable and environment-friendly fuel, which has the characteristics of clean, high calorific value, high combustion efficiency and so on. Charcoal is made in four steps:
1. Pulverize - pulverize the raw materials into granules through a shredder;
2, drying - and then the particles after drying machine, avoid the control of water;
3. Rod making - the dried material is made into rod shape by the rod making machine;
4, carbonization - after carbonization furnace carbonization, cooling is the finished charcoal.
