Technical specification:
1. The main motor is controlled by converter. The constant and reliable digital pulse close ring guarantees the speed fast or slow is stable.
2. The bracket movement of beam is controlled by pneumatic, and its position is accuracy controlled by the operator, which select the different position according to beam's diameter.
3. The tail bracket is controlled by pneumatic, and the shaft adepts centre fixing shaft head. These two features make the damage to inner beam caused by the shift lower down to the minimum.
4. The main brake and the roller brake adepts electronic disc brake. And the braking force is controlled by electronic regulator. Front and rear brake synchronization
5. The reed motors of width direction and side's direction adopt AC small motor, which are simple and easy to operate. The starching plank adopts manual control.
All parts can be packed into export standard Iron or wooden pallet. One set warping machine with 800 ends yarn creel can be loaded by one 20G'P container. The total weight is about 4000KG and CBM is about 15.00.
