Q1: Are you a manufacture or trader?

Q2: How can you control your quality?
A2: For each production processing, Leader Group has complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be issued along with that batch of goods.
Q3: What is your lead time?
A3: It usually needs about 10- 15 days after confirmation of your deposit payment.
Specific time depends on order items and quantity.
Q4: What is your term of delivery?
A4: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP etc. Choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q5: Do you provide free samples?
A5: Yes, free samples are available, generally speaking, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
Q6: Can you manufacture products according to sample?
A6: Yes, We can produce by your sample or technical drawing.
We have R&D team, we can also help to develop new molds and texture.
Q7: What is your payments terms?
A7: We prefer 30% deposit, 70% balance before loading and delivery to the port, or by the LC, or other negotiable payment terms. We will show you photos and packages when loading materials into containers.
