Screw air compressor control panel basic operation keys:
1) Start. Start operation of air compressor under normal working condition.
2) Stop. Stop operation of air compressor under normal working condition
3) Tight stop/reset. This button is shot in an emergency, or shot when it is not allowed to start up, and cut off the AC power supply. At this time, press the "start button" and the air compressor controller does not respond. Tight stop and fault reset function.
4) Remote. Switch in place. Single control and joint control switch
1) Air filter blocking alarm
2) Oil filter blocking alarm
3) Oil and gas separator blocking alarm
4) Electrical severity fault alarm, including program error (forbidden to start), host overload (emergency shutdown), heat dissipation fan overload (emergency shutdown)
5) High host temperature (emergency shutdown), high exhaust temperature (emergency shutdown)
6) High temperature alarm of cooler and water loss alarm of cooler
2 Functions of indicators:
1) Alarm indicator light of air filter. When the air filter is blocked or the timing time is up, the air filter alarm indicator is on.
2) Oil filter alarm indicator light. When the oil filter is blocked or timed, the oil filter alarm indicator is steady on
3) Oil and gas separator alarm indicator light. When the oil and gas separator is blocked or the timing time expires, the oil and gas separator alarm indicator is steady on
4) When the host is overloaded, the electrical fault indicator is steady on and stops
5) When the exhaust is high temperature, the exhaust high temperature indicator will be on and stop
6) Power indicator: when the controller is powered normally, the power indicator is steady on
7) Remote control indicator light. When the air compressor is remotely controlled, the remote control indicator light is steady on
8) Standby indicator light, other definitions of failure, standby indicator light on
