This machine is an all-in-one solution designed for the collating and bundling of individual sheets of paper, ideal for use with folded pamphlets, instruction manuals, letters, and other single-sheet materials. It performs a range of functions including feeding, flattening, vertical stacking, pushing, compressing, and bundling.
 

1. Automated Control System: The electrical system is entirely independent and features a touchscreen and PLC controls. Equipped with four separate drive motors for feeding, stacking, paper table movement, and push system, these can be individually controlled for convenient adjustments. The machine is ready for operation upon powering up and requires no modifications for integration with other machinery.
2. Automatic Feeding: This machine employs a high-performance automatic feeder that accommodates various folding styles, ensuring a smooth and orderly feeding process.
3. Compression and Flattening: Utilizes an elastic compression mechanism to flatten and solidify the fed papers, allowing for air expulsion and further flattening.
4. Vertical Alignment: The machine ensures that papers are vertically aligned and stacked through a rotating drum.
