The AUSCP SSD360 is designed and manufactured by Dongguan Yasi Machinery Equipment Co., LTD. It is engineered for post-trimmer book stacking operations, facilitating the automated stacking of books which are then transferred via conveyor belts into channels. This setup is ideal for integration with robotic palletizers, enhancing both manual and robotic palletizing efficiency.

- This machine is fully automated and suitable for stacking books and notebooks. It completes the stacking process based on predetermined quantities and automatically pushes the stack onto a conveyor belt.
- It features a multi-book stacking capability, with a maximum stacking height of up to 200mm.
- Equipped with an automatic conveyor system, it ensures neat and consistent stacks by automatically pushing the stack out when it reaches the set height.
- The UI-interface and PLC system have been optimised to be user friendly so the new learners can pick up quickly. The survillence monitors can supervise the production line and report any faults, stopping the machine automatically and alerting the operator.
