All of our product packaging follows the below steps:
Step 1. After the 6S standard inspection,the quality inspection department lets the products go to the next step and affixes the inspection pass label;
Step 2. Protect the corners with hard rubber blocks to avoid collision damage;
Step 3. The frame is wrapped with non-stick tape to avoid scratches;
Step 4. Pack in a plywood box; for large glass, reinforce the corners and make a wooden box to prevent falling;
Step 5. Tie the plywood box to the container with durable plastic straps;
Step 6. Fill the space between the trays with air pockets for stability.

2. Can you tell me what is the advantage for different surface treatment? | Powder coated has different kinds of the color. Anodizing and polishing making the surface bright. |
