Auto Bale Plucker for Blow Room (FA002)

Model FA002 Auto bale plucker is used in blow room line made by Saurer(Jintan), Chenyang Group(Jintan) and Zhengzhou(CHTC). Output of FA002/A002D is 800kg/hour. Subject machine is widely used in China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Vietnam due to its low cost and high performance.It is the initial treatment in blowroom line which is introduced to pluck bales of various classes of cotton, man-made fiber or their blend less than 76mm. FA002 is generally put into operation in parallel with two sets which are available to various cotton classes so that more bleading bales are contained and hence better product quality is achieved.FA002 auto bale plucker is furnished with saw tooth disc rollers. From inside to outside, the toothed discs are divided in three groups from wide to close so that the material could be plucked uniformly in small tufts. It is favourable for next process to blend and clean.
