Brief

The line refers to the left front door, right front door, left rear door, right rear door, engine room cover, trunk lid corresponding inner plate small parts through manual spot welding or automatic robot welding to form the corresponding inner plate assembly. At the roll side station and the outer plate for edge wrapping, combined into the corresponding assembly parts. This production line is four door and two cover line.

The main station of the line is roll side station roll side tool, different fixture need to be designed for different products, Also can design to meet the needs of the number and size of roller according to the different product and process.

Feature
 

Different from press wrapping, robot wrapping has high flexibility. Roller side tools can be used for multiple  auto models, special position can also switch tools for roller side.
