Product Description
The auto doffing machine was developped by our company in 2013 which is suitable for any kinds of yarn varieties and for bare blade and aluminum adopter spindles of different length.
It is adaptive for ring spinning frame with balloon control ring and suitable for routine yarn, compact spinnning yarn, spandex core yarn and sirospun yarn etc.
Product advantages:
A. To replace manual doffing, labor cost saving 50%
B. Full ring bobbins doffing and empty ring bobbins feeding synchronously.
C. 420 spindles per minute working efficiency.
D. Yarn breakage rate is lower than manual doffing.
E. Do not change ring frame top and bottom rails.
F. Two auto doffers covers 10,000 spindles or more.
G. Driven by Li-on battery, no need to install cable pipe, no need compressed air.
H. Fit for yarns from low to high counts.
