Recently, our steel drums production line has been formed serial products in whole set high-level collocate, high class for PLC control, hydraulic driving. We have new products combined machine to form the corrugation and wedge-shaped on the one machine, either the machine can roll press the corrugation or wedge-shaped "W" individual, or make the corrugation and wedge-shaped at the same time. Now we have the whole set of production line, the step is from de-coil, leveling, cutting to painting spray out put.
Our production line can meet of the requirements of 100 to 220L drums/barrels; Capacity is 3-9 drums/barrels per minutes. The steel coil can be realized automatically "de coil- leveling- fix measure cutting" in line controlled by PLC, hydraulic driving, servo motor to control the measurement, the cutting precision can reach to≤ 0.5mm in length, ≤ 1mm in diagonal; Cutting can be made in 9 times per minutes and cutting speed is 25m per minutes. At the same time we also provide the service of the equipments maintains, remodel, etc. For the user.
