Appliction:
This system is designed for more than one extruder to automatic feeding, material storage and conveying. It is conducted in the airtight container and stainless steel pipe. And take dust removal measures, effectively preventing the dust pollution. Keep the workshop clean .
Fetures:
The control system adopts imported PLC components, the main electrical parts are moved with imported famous brand to guarantee long-term, reliable and the whole system run efficiently. Control system can automatic or semi-automatic complete the whole loading process, the mimic panel can be light real-time display the running state of the system different parts , and can flash alarm failure part, to draw the operator's attention.
Extruder feeding by vacuum and spiral feeding to the bin with two material level meter, it works the same as the above. The material level meter shows lack of material feeding machine automatic work, will be the material to fill in the bunker to small bin, when the show is full, the indicator on the machine to stop working on suspended material.
