Horn workshp has 5 production lines. By spending 3 million RMB on buying new facility and upgrading old facilities, our annual production capacity reaches 5 million sets. We can develop any new horns according to customers' requirements.
Technical feature: Electronic horn uses frequency sweep electronic module to control the circuit, and automatically track the horn resonant frequency, to make the horn in the highest sound pressure level, longer lifetime with no contact design. Mechanical horn uses low current design, longer lifetime and better waterproof.

The cores are made of ML08AL cold heading material;The diaphragm and contact arms are made of Germany Krupp material; The Contact surfaces are nickel plating; The exteriors' surface is salt spray resistance which can meet the customers' requirements. Our horns are better able to solve all kinds of problems: contact erosion,diaphragm crack,bad endurance,bad adaptability for high&low temperature,bad sealing performance,etc.
