Introducing the Classic Cogged V belt from Ningbo Transcobelt Co., Ltd. This belt is ideal for medium and high power industrial applications with single or multiple drives.
The Automotive Cogged V belt is designed for use in applications where pulley diameters are relatively small and belt speed requirements are high. The fiber loaded cogged construction provides optimum flexibility and minimizes heat build-up.
A. Top Fabric: The cover is abrasion-resistant and flexible, providing a firm grip on the to minimize slippage during use. It is woven from multiple plies of yarn, rubber-treated for maximum adhesion, and protection against the elements and static under adverse conditions.
B. Adhesion Rubber: The adhesion rubber binds the tensile cord and fabric cover to the compression rubber, preventing the separation of belt components during use.
C. Polyester Cord/Aramid Cord: The tensile cord serves as the power transmission element within the belt. The cords are wound around the belt in an uninterrupted spiral for increased tensile strength. They are twisted various configurations to match the load, pre-stretched prior to belt assembly for length stabilization and minimum stretch during use.
D. Bottom Rubber: The compression rubber provides support for the load-carrying tensile cords while dissipating heat generated during belt use. Our excellent formulation is resistant to flex cracking and compression fatigue.
E. Bottom Fabric: We cover the tooth surface with high fabric to enhance the service life and wear resistance of the belt.
