SF-ASP-F1 One Color Auto. Screen Printer for glass bottle.

Our company manufactures the SF-ASP/M1, which is an Automatic Screen Printer line with flame treatment, UV curing and PLC control systems to optimize productivity as well as quality. The design of the machine is specially perfect to pretect and print glass bottle.
A photoelectric sensor reduces the container wastage due to abrasion during the transfer by controlling the conveyor belt feeder.
The flame treatment system is adjustable to suit the container specific designs to optimize the flaming treatment.
Each time a container have not been detected by the presence sensor, the squeegee will not do its cycle until the next container have been detected so the screen do not get clogged up during empty cycles.
Our simple container transfer system and fixture designs for oval and round containers allow extreme precision for overprinting multi color prints and designs, and minimize container wastage.
The machine design combines mechanical and pneumatic transmission systems which are controlled by a powerful PLC that allows a maximum speed of 4200 cycles per hour on continuous production hours.
Our universal container transfer system allows easy and fast production change over from oval to round containers and various container designs.
Our UV curing system is designed with three UV power levels to optimize the various UV ink specifications curing requirement and container designs.
The machine is designed to accommodate most of the container designs for cosmetics, medical and food industries, or can be partially customized to accommodate specific container designs requirement.
