Our mother company, SUMINO KOGYO CO., LTD., joined management of Qingdao Ogasawara Electronic Component Company (QOC) in 2004, which was established in October, 1995 located in Qingdao Economic & Development Zone. In the year 2007, SUMINO and Chinese capital investor amicably agreed transfer of Chinese holdings to SUMINO and QOC was renamed to QINGDAO SUMINO STAMPING CO., LTD. (QSS). So we have been taking the first step as an independent firm. And in the year 2013, QSS has been renamed to SUMINO PRECISION MANUFACTURING (QINGDAO) LIMITED (SPQ) in order to reform our corporate image and adapt to our development prospects. From then on, we have been taking the new developing step. SPQ places emphasis on combining QOC and QSS's stamping technology cultivated through electronic area and SUMINO's stamping skills long experienced on automotive business. We aim to be a company where high technology, high quality and low cost can always be offered to customers.

1) Q: How to get the quote?
A: We can quote from your 3D formats like IGS, STP, DWG, PARASOLID, etc, or 2D drawings as well. And we will send the cost to you and get your confirmation for the quotation.
2) Q: What software do you use for the quotation?
A: We make the 3D program with Pro-Engineer, UGS, SOLIDWORKS, MASTERCAM, etc.
3) Q: What is the type of machine for manufacturing?
A: Manufacturing used by CNC Machining, lathe and wire cutting, milling and drilling machine and electro-discharging. In addition, we have progressive and single stamping press, oil-pressure machine for deep drawing, welding machine and injection machine as per the parts' requrements.
4) Q: Can you be involved in surface treatments?
A: Yes, sure. We do the surface treatments, for instance: Powder coating, Anodizing, Galvanized, Electroplated, Laser etching as well as painting.
5) Q: What is the quality Control before shipping?
A: We have QC department for the processing quality inspection and final inspection in order to make sure the quality target of Zero Defect.
