Product Description
Hongning LDH vertical honing machine, using a single-stroke tool, high precision machining. Can grind gears and other high-required and one-time honed workpieces (requires one-time finishing, high efficiency, high precision)
The machine is based on Siemens PLC-controlled digital system, servo cam turntable, steel structure bed, ball screw and linear guide lifting system, magnetic filter plus paper filter cooling system. This machine is particularly suitable for mass production of precision holes with high dimensional consistency, high efficiency, simple operation and easy maintenance.

1 Low-maintenance stainless steel work area, corrosion-resistant, non-fade, and provide a clean working environment while ensuring the safety of operators.
2 The setting program for inputting and storing multiple parts.
