• The empty pallets are separated by the pallet distribution mechanism and sent to the conveyor rollers one by one.

• When the empty pallet is conveyed in place, the pushing mechanism pushes one layer carton onto the empty pallet, the sucking mechanism will put one cardboard between layer and layer. then the pallet moves back, another layer carton is transferred to the pallet.
• When the guide clamping device is opened, the lifting mechanism returns to the previous position to transfer another layer carton to the pallet.
• Repeat the above actions until meeting the required stacking layers, then the lifting platform rises, and the full pallet is output by the conveyor roller. at the same time, another empty pallet is conveyed in place, and a new cycle starts.
