Pet Bottled Water beverages machine
The water filling machine mainly used in the beverage operations, the three functions of bottle washing filling capping are composed in one body of the machines . the whole process is automatic ,the machine is used to fill mineral water and purified water in bottles of PET. The machine is conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various type of bottles , the filling operation is faster and more stable . the advance PLC is adopted to control the machine runs automatically ,air conveyor system is adopted in bottle entry section and belt conveyor system is adopted in bottle exit section ,which can adjust speed and coordinated with transducer of the main machine to make the output of moving bottle forward steadily and reliable .it is convenient to operate with higher automation due to every parts of the machine which is inspected to run with photo electrical detector ,the machine is ideal equipment for beverage and water factories .

1.the suspending bottle-neck damping design make the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions ,by changing a few parts it can meet the production of different types of bottles easily.
the new generation of SS grabis adopted and the grabs have no contact ,with the area above the bottle's screw thread nozzles in the grad can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
