Working steps :
The barrels into by conveying chain from automatic de-capping machine , it will
accomplish washing all part of barrel by mean of one turn around washing position after
barrel pushes into by star wheel , there are brushers for brushing from neck t bottom ,after
brushing ,barrel push into washing position and clear up washing liquid , the machine is
prewashing equipment for barrel dink water filling production line , it is composed of
transmission mechanism , brush water pump and so on , it sets functional brush such as
main brush , bottle brush and side brush , brushes made by high-strength elasticity nylon
will not easy to cause deformation with good decontamination effect ,attractive and
durable , and no damage to barrel .rotating brushes washing external barrel realizes all
around washing barrels by help of spraying water and keep washing quality stability .
