(1).The base,beams,uprights and motor carriages are made of enhance high quality cast iron,for rigid and reliable processing.
(2).The transmission system is adopted of mechanical stepless reducer,double spiral speed reducer,as well as sleeve-type chain of automatic gear.
(3).The movement of front beam and grinding spindles are adopted of lead screw driving,and slider are adopted for supporting and positioning.
(4).Front-and rear pressure pads are adopted of high-intersity plastic material.
(5). Rack is made of aluminum spacers.
(6).Inlet conveyor equipped with adjustable device for the height of conveyor.
