YTM-50(YTM-80) automatic tip tube connecting machine introduction:
YTM-50 machine is tailor designed for saliva ejector or similar products, which can automatically connect the tube into tip (suction head). It is one of our patented and R&D products. Currently, only we can make and supply this machine in china now. We have sold such kinds machines to several dentals products MFGS.
The most parts of YTM-50 machine are made through line cutting process, high precision and time-consuming.
YTM-50 machine function, including automatically cutting the tube, automatically sorting tips (suction head) and automatically nesting the tube into tips (Suction head).
(1)Tube is cut through cutting function of YTM-50, then feed tube into tube sorting mouth, then automatically sorted to connect with the tips. It can connect 8000-15000 pcs of tubes with tips per hour, which is equivalent to the quantity more than 10 people manually work.
YTM-80 can connect 15000-25000pcs of tubes with tips per hour.
(2)Its speed is adjustable and you can set it to match the speed any other supporting machines.
Save human resources greatly. One YTM-50 machine, just need two people, one for supervising machine, the other one for packing the finished Dental Saliva Ejectors into bags.
