HM WD series Automatic Bin Washing & Drying Machine
Tap water & purified water internal and external washing, hot air drying.
HM BW series Automatic Bin Washing Machine
Tap water & PW internal and external washing, compressed air blow.
Application: cleaning of material drums, material bins,

Features: -PLC and touch screen automatic control system.
-With water pump, spray heads or spray ball, automatic valves operation.

HM CIP/SIP-A series Automatic CIP/SIP System
Usage: cleaning in place CIP and sterilization in place SIP system, remove particles, microorganism and endotoxin to reduce cross contamination.
Suitable: mixing tanks, pipelines and filing machine of injectable dosage and I.V. solution.
Features:
- PLC and touch screen control the heating, transferring, washing time, which solution to feed in, sterilization time etc, cleaning and sterilization automatically according to electricity conductivity and the parameter setting.
- Do not need disassemble pipeline or equipment parts for cleaning and sterilization, increase the production time and machine service life, reduce the risk of cross contamination, worker's labor intensity, skill requirement and the operation error.
- It can save the clean water, WFI and steam consumption, the risk of preparing acid and alkali.
