20mm Bag on valve machine integrates propellant filling, crimping, liquid filling and cleaning. The feeding method adopts a servo system to drive the indexing plate, so as to drive the star wheel to realize the precise supply of aerosol cans. Novel design, compact and reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance. It is the ideal machine for filling 20mm bag on valve aerosol products.
The machine can also designed with 2 heads gas filling & crimping, 2 heads liquid filling and 1 head cleaning. Load program to the PLC, By operating the touch screen, first fill the compressed air (or nitrogen) and then crimping, second liquid filling with high pressure. Finally clean the product. Equipped with 2 sets of quantitative filling system and 1 gas storage tank.

Q4:What`s the guarantee if we purchase from you?
A4:All the equipment ordered from us will provide one year quarantee from the delivery date. If there is any wearing part be broken within the warranth and isn`t caused by improperly operation then we would offer then new parts for free.
Q5:How about the after service?
A5:There`s no problem we could send our engineer to install or fix the machine locally in due course but customer need to pay the round air tickets cost and arrange the hotel accommodation for our engineer.
