Usage
This machine is mainly used for packing granular products: such as sugar, salt, coffee beans, rice, peanuts, sunflowerseeds, grains, nuts, chocolate beans, oatmeal, washing powder, desiccants, etc.
Function and features
1.Workflow: material lifting -cup volumetric fller measuring coding --bag making-- filling --gas injection/ exhaust(optional) --sealing --counting--conveying finished products.
2.Adopts PLC servo and pneumatic control system, touch screen display, high reliability and intellectualized degree.and equipped with safety protection.
3.Touch screen can store a variety of diferent product packaging process parameters, when replacing product, it canbe used at any time without resetting.
4 Equipped with fauit display system, could be clear at a glance when the fault occurs, in order to be ruled out prompty.
5.This machine body is carbon steel (optional: 304 sanless steel).
