Frying Machine
1.-Frying Machine
Continuous frying machine consists of belt conveying system, hoisting system, automatic residues scrapping system, automatic control system, hot oil circulation system, heating system and smoke extraction system.
1.Add oil to the frying tank till the level reaching the bottom of the upper mesh belt.
2. Turn on the power.
3. Set the frying temperature and turn on the heat switch.
4. When reaching the setting temperature, turn on the mesh belt button and put the potato chips in the industrial chip fryer.
5. The circulating oil pump makes the oil circulating in the oil tank and pushes the product forward.
6. The belt conveyor conveys the potato chips through the frying tank, achieves the aim of frying.
7. The residues scrapping system cleans the residues at the bottom and conveys out of the potato fryer machine.
8. Filter the oil with the oil filter for 1-2 hours at the end of work each day.
9. When the oil level is lower than the setting position, the oil pump adds oil to the industrial fryer automatically.
