USE
This machine is applied to multiple processes institutional operation including automatic edges separating, gluing and hammering out for sewed joints in leather product industry such as shoe uppers, bags and mobile phone cases. It is suitable for PVC, PU, leather, artificial leather, fabric and many other materials.
CHARCTERS
1. With the touch control panel, melt glue temperature, glue flow rate, glue temperature digital display, glue flow rate can be frequency adjusted.
2. To make left and right gluing flow adjustable, double pump system is used for the left and right gumming.
3. Through double protection of light sense resistor and machine operating parameters, the glue flow can be controlled to stabilize glue. Glue exudation speed and hammering out speed can be synchronized and adjustable.
4. Adopt hot melt glue for automatic gluing, glued, edged and flattened, which can save time for white glue or yellow glue as well as passing oven process, so that is improves work efficiency, meet environmental protection standards, and do not damage fabric.
5. Servo electronic motor realizes automatic positioning which saves energy (save power) by 40%.
