This machine has large capacity and can produce various kinds of the concrete products; the design of secondary feeding is to produce the colorful paving stones. The height can be increased to meet the customer's requirement and the max height of the blocks can be 400mm. 1)The main frame adopts strengthened square tube with four guiding pillars. The mould frame and presshead are equiped prolonged guide sleeve ensure the orientation precision. The key part use damping rubber to reduce the vibration shock to main framework, which keep the main structure stronger and longer lifespan.
2)The double-cylinder down demould connects with arm type rigid synchronous mechanism .By this it can make sure the synchronism of demoulding and the perfect quality in block production 
3)To accommodate different requirements, upgraded model QFT10-300 can make brick with the height of 50-300mm, both technical and system performance have been promoted at the same time.
