1. the scope of application
 
This product is suitable for large NDT radiology inspection department for fast drying various X-ray films.
 
2. characteristics
 
The film dryer is stereo type structure, the top cover with large observation window design, easy to observe condition in the dryer. The film dryer body is made of high quality thin steel plate, the surface spray. This machine is mainly composed of an electric blower, digital temperature controller, electric heater.
 
1) the electric blower:
This device in the machine bottom ,operation by a centrifugal fan impeller suction to the upper air blower entrance, and then discharge in the folder of machine front and back, flow through the dryer inside to dry film , and then sucked to the blower entrance. That continue to circulate these process to win heat equilibrium. At the same time, the film dryer left exhaust channel will discharge a lot of wet air.
 
2) the digital display temperature controller:
The meter device on the bottom of the front lower part, adopts the technology of the microcomputer temperature control, temperature sensitivity is reliability and high precision. According to film quantity and different humidity environment, very convenient to set the drying temperature and control reliably.
 
3) the electric heater device:
The device in the interlayer of machine body front and back, total with two heating units, control by the power switch on the panel and controller.
