Function:
Designed for crimping ceramic ferrule and metal tailstock in the process of optical connector assembling
Feature:
01.Accomplished automatic feeding,autamatic identifing direction of ceramic ferrule by vibration plate
02.The direction of tailstock is detected by optical fiber sensor, the machine will automatic stop and alarm when the reverse tailstock was captured.
03.The rotary mechanism and the cam mechanism are connected continuously and circularly crimping to ensure the consistency of the crimping force
04.High efficiency, the speed of crimping approach 4500pcs/H, fewer labor and less investments cost
05.Alarm in case of missing,material shortage, broken tailstock etc
06.Replacing the crimping die can be adapted to different parts assmply and crimping
