Functional description
1.The machine adopted touch computer combined with PLC at each unit that could be adjusted automatically by order management.It will cut lots of time while operating.
2.Inline control of flexo printer combined with folder gluer.Integral order management and quick shift function are available.It made the significant revolution for completely automatic production line in packaging field.
Machine composition and operating principle:
1.This machine is composed of feeding unit, printing unit, die cutting &slotting unit, folding and gluing unit, correcting &counting output.
2.The machine adopts high quality steel welding carefully processed assembled.
3.The machine is in usage of docking with the die cutting &slotting unit, couplet of communication with electrical control system of printing department.When the printing unit starts to run, the gluing unit will start along itself.
4.Automatically providing the glue, glue loop, then never break the glue off, no artificially adding glue, save time and effort.
5.Stainless steel coated wheel, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, uniform glue, glue saving and glue quality is about one third of amount of artificial glue.
6.Folding department is equipped with adjustable pressing line wheel, making cartons be folded more smoothly, glue more beautiful and exact.
