Product Description
This machine is suitable for tinplate canned food sticker labeling machine, only apply glue on both ends of the label.
Labeling Theory:
1.The can rolled into the labeling machine driven by a belt, first a strip of hot melt adhesive on the side of the can. As the can rolls forward, the hot melt glue on the can presses on the label to lift the label. At the same time, the end of the label was coated with a strip of cold glue, and as the can continued to roll, the label was rolled on the can.
2.Adopt hydraulic type uplift, easy and reliable to operate.
3.The cold glue is supplied by air pressure. No canned bottle not supply label
4.The machine has an alternate bid supply mechanism, so there is no need to stop the machine when feeding label
5.The machine adopts frequency convert, which can be adjusted at any time according to production requirements.
6.Easy to replace different can,change the spare parts rarely.
7.Adopt hydraulic and solenoid valve which is sensitive to control and has long life of components.
