Technical information
1.Take use of the three pass and wet back design, the burning furnace is used the corrugated furnace and with lower layer design. The radiation heating area has been enlarged and boiler working efficiency has been increased.
2.Heating transfer tube use the threat tube. The tubes are assembled in the two sides of the boiler, which prolong the heating stroke and increase the convection heating area. The high temperature air under constant flow. The design has clean the tube itself and strengthen the heat transfer.
3.Enough steam space design, equip with inner oil and water separator, the moisture of the steam is lower than 3%. Digital and intelligent control system can monitor the whole burning process and make the whole operation under safety.
