Product Description
This is a glass lubricant spraying production line for forging. The sprayed workpieces are forgings of various shapes, and their materials are titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, and high-strength steels. The spraying method combines automatic spraying and aditonal manual coating. The conveyor system of this production line is a heavy-duty accumulation type to convey workpieces. Maximum workpiece weight up to 2 tons.
Titanium alloy forgings need to be coated with a glass protective lubricant on the surface before forging. The glass protective lubricant can prevent oxidation during the heating and forging process of the forging. At the same time, in the forging process, the frictional resistance between the forging and the mold can be reduced to play a role in lubrication.
