Performance and characteristics
The lubrication pump duty cycle can be controlled by the host PLC or a separate controller.
Set the solenoid valve pressure relief device, when the lubrication pump stops running, ensure that the system automatically and quickly relieve pressure.
It is equipped with a pressure regulating valve device, which can independently set the working pressure of the lubrication pump to ensure its safety.
An exhaust valve device is provided to eliminate air from the lubrication pump chamber and ensure lubrication pump drain unblocked.
With low oil level transmitter, normally open contacts or normally closed contacts can be selected according to the system.
Use a grease gun to add grease to the lubrication pump reservoir through a grease filter to avoid impurities and air into the lubrication system to improve the lubrication system.
The lubrication system is equipped with a pressure switch, which can effectively monitor the pipeline system to interrupt the flow, leakage and other pressure shortage phenomenon.
A spring-loaded oil pan is used for vacuum suction.
