The use of self produced designed knotting head, through ten years of production experience and improvement, make the structure of more scientific and precise, with features of high efficiency, easy maintenance and low cost.
Bundling unit1.Mechanical cam and three link rod design imitate the semi automatic bundling machine arm rotary structure, it can increase the working stability and extend device service life. The bundling arm around the beak do clockwise action, with advantages of knot tighten and rope saving.Equipped with double sides gas tanks, can ensure air smooth supply and stable pressure, reduce the cylinder limit by the gas flow.
Control panel and adjustmentAutomatic adjustment functions, the operator only need to input the carton pile's width and length, machine's side lay and front lay will be adjusted automatically.

Introduction

Main parts and features
