Product Description
Usage:
Suitable for cutting all kinds of high grade paper tubes,such fiber paper tube,OPP film paper tube,Tape paper tube etc.
Feature:
1.Adopt servo system fixation,high precision ball screw transmission,cutting resolution ratio up to 0.01mm.
2.Two positions to control,one shaft is used to cut while another is loading paper tube,manyn times more efficient than one shaft.
3,PLC control,big and colorful touchscreen,man-machine interface operation
4.Operation automatically,Automatic detect and warn when error appears.
5.Suitable for tube cutting that has mass and short final cutting lengths or changing frequently in cutting lengths.
6.Speed of main shaft controlled by Inverter.
7.Cutter equipped with sensor,will move back once touch shaft.
8.Using timing automatic lubrication system,save manpower,save lubricating oil etc.
