Automatic High-Speed Paper and Film Laminating Machine
Applications:
It suits for water-base lamination, oil-base lamination, glue-less film lamination and pre-glued film lamination. One machine can have four purposes. It is wildly used for high quality packagings for food, medicine, cosmetics and so on.
Working Process:
Film----water-base glue----big drying roller------------- Laminating unit (heating and pressure roller----
Automatic paper feeder (paper length controller)--------- through perforating wheel (or winded directly) ----separating system----automatic paper stacker
Configuration:
1. Automatic paper feeder with pre-stack paper feeder adopts imported oil-free vacuum pump to feed the paper automatically to improves working efficiency.
2. Belt conveyor furnished with air aspirator regulates conveyed paper sheets much better.
3. Dusting system clears efficiently dust on paper surface and perfects laminating quality.
4. Big diameter of mirror laminating roller is equipped with water cycle heating system (the heat energy recycling and reusing) that greatly improves the speed of drying and the quality of products.
5. Netlike designed ceramic furnished with frequency converter can adjust the speed independently. What's more, it could make coating more even and avoid wasting the glue.
6. Film release device is equipped with air expansion shaft and clutch to control film tension.
7. The adjustable air expansion shaft can load and release the film more conveniently. It's easy to operate. In addition, it will not make the coating with glue corrugated while running.
8. Pneumatic paper collector can be adjusted easily upon needs and receives paper sheets regularly.
9. The imported servo motor and Taiwan side lay, which can be adjusted could efficiently keep the machine running precisely.
