The introduction of membrane filter press
Membrane filter press is a filter press which has the main feature of squeezing the cakes twice, the difference with the ordinary filter press is that the membrane filter press on both sides of the filter plate installed two elastic film (our company uses the international leading TPE membrane technology). During use, when the feeding is over, high-pressure fluid or gas medium can be injected into the membrane plate, then the entire membrane will bulge and press the filter cake, thereby realizing further extraction of the filter cake. Membrane filter press is an upgraded replacement equipment for ordinary chamber filter press.
The working process of membrane
Compared with the ordinary filter press, the high pressure membrane filter press adds a layer of elastic membrane plate between the filter plate and the filter cloth. After feeding, the high-pressure fluid medium can be injected between the filter plate and the filter cloth. At this time, The filter cake will be bulged, so as to realize the further extrusion of the filter cake. Especially in order to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake, the membrane filter press can also perform secondary extrusion operations.
