Coil winding machine has single winding head, independent controlled, including fast exchange material chuke, winding robot, threading and clamping unit, cutting unit, rack coil picking/placing robot, which enable to carry out the auto operation.
Machine is equipped with adjustable material chuke according to different size coil, matched winding bottom mold, fast adjustable wire length unit, the winding parameters can set in the screen and be saved for future selective application. The machine is fit for big Qty coil production.
Workflow:
- Manual place coil rack in piling to the material chuke, which is divided in 2 queues, filling the coil rack in one queue not affect the machine running.
- Multi-claws robot pick the coil rack and transfer onto the bottom winding mold.
- auto threading the lead wire across to the coil rack, little cylinder press the wire head, and fast moving to the approriate position (remark: the max distance is 500mm)
- windng head comes down for the winding.
- leave the lead wire to the cutting position for the cutting.
- Multi-claws robot catch the coil and transfer to the conveyor.
- repeat the previous step in another cycle,and filling the material chuke while the alarm against one queue coil rack used out.
Main parameter:
- Cycle time, varies according to the coil, about 25s/PCS.
- Material chuke capacity:2 queues 120PCS(2*60PCS/queue).
- Machine placement should be vertical to the conveyor line, and wires spool aside by the other side of the conveyor line.
- Machine control system takes integrated moving control system, the operation language in both Chinese and English, which can change-over.
- Screen can set up the program and make production statics, each program can be copy by usb.
- Winding pressing wheel is adjustable within 2cm.
- Machine color mainly computer white.
