Characteristics :
This system equipped with imported 4K color line scan CCD camera. The highest detection accuracy is 0.08mm2, a maximum resolution up to 0.05mm.Precision can be improved compared to traditional 2K camera one fold which is suitable for after printing factory inspection of electronics, daily chemical, food and medicine labels, etc. This advanced inspection system is not only to inspect regular printing labels but to detect defects of laminating, UV coating, foil stamping, holographic images and other special process. Unique inspection solution is to combine one main system with two to three simple rewinders o perform the inspection process which can highly increase the efficiency of inspection.

1. Adopt a number of imported 4K large-format color line scan CCD camera, precision up to 0.05mm;
2. Use of special detection unit can detect bubbles, scratches, lack of printing, foil stamping, holographic stamping and other special defects;
3. Process a variety of defects to increase visual inspection efficiency 2 to 3 times;
4. Auto positioning, machine will stop at specific position when defect is detected.
