Product introduce
Our automatic hydroponic fertigation system uses a water pressure system to supply soluble solids or liquid fertilizers according to the characteristics of soil nutrient content and fertilizer requirements of crop types. The fertilizer solution is fed together with irrigation water to supply water through a controlled pipeline system.
After fertilizing, the water and fertilizer are merged, drip irrigation, uniformity, timing and quantification are formed through the pipe and the dripper, and the root growth and development area of the crop is impregnated, so that the main root soil always maintains a loose and suitable water content.
And according to the needs of different vegetables, fertilization characteristics,soil environment and nutrient content, water requirement for different growth periods of vegetables, demand for fertilizers and different growth stages to design it.
And then direct supply of crops in proportion through regular quantification of water nutrients.
Advantages:
1. Bypass connection does not affect the original main pipeline;
2. (10 inches) LCD hd touch screen, Chinese operating system, easy to learn, easy to operate;
3. The system can automatically perform the rotation irrigation task according to the set irrigation and fertilization program,
without manual operation. The system can save manual labor at a fixed time and a fixed quantity to achieve precise fertilization;
4. 20 solenoid valves can be controlled in the irrigation area;
5. EC(conductivity)/PH(PH) automatic detection, using PID operation to accurately distribute fertilizer;
6. Manual control valve is included in route 1 dosing channel
7. Manual knob flow control valve can adjust the fertilization flow according to the actual needs, more accurate and convenient;
8. High precision venturi fertilizer injector, more stable suction;
9. Chemical grade PVC fertilizer pipe, strong corrosion resistance, aging resistance, not deformation, long life;
10. Support mobile APP and remote operation on PC;
11. Support function expansion and customization;
12. Various sensors (environmental factors, soil moisture) can be added to realize docking with the Internet of things, and the
sensor can be used to control the operation of irrigation program, so as to achieve intelligent irrigation and fertilization.
