This automatic ring making and welding machine is composed of automatic feeding,
automatic straightening, automatic ring forming, automatic welding and automatic
unloading process.
The metal wire will pass through the feeding wheels to be pressed and straightened,
and then ring forming. The cutter knife will cut the wire into certain length based on
needed ring diameter, then the pneumatic robot arm will grab the ring and put it into
welding position to conduct butt welding. At last, the pneumatic robot arm will
take out the ring. The whole process finishes.

and the welding current of each welding process. It will give alarm, when the monitoring
function is abnormal.
