Product Description
Characteristics:
1.The whole machine adopts aluminum-magnesium alloy frame, SUS304 shel .
2.The entire bottom can be automatic feeding by special designed chain for bottom film.
3.The bottom film step distance and the bottom conveyor belt of the PCB board are synchronously conveyed;
4.Can be equipped with automatic PCB board counting, NG board rejection, board release, desiccant, humidity card placement for customer selection (automatic / manual placement optional);
5.Top film automatic feeding, cutting,frame opening and outputting.
6.Can realize automatic vertical and horizontal cutting, special shape cutting, automatic wast film collection on base of visual recognition system.
7.It can connect with EMCS system, which is easy to operate and has high production efficiency;
