According to the characteristics of label applicating, we make improvement from the aspects of mechanical structure, circuit design, and intellectual control to improve the production efficiency. It can satisfy the demands of various beverage manufacturers as well as reduce the production cost for the clients and improve the production rate.
H type design of the mechanism ensures the requirements of four-wheel drive, automatic centering and four-wheel balanced pressure. Because of the design of the equal velocity ratio, it completely realizes the goals of accurate, smooth label transmission, stable operation and swift label cutting.
With a breakthrough of the traditional technology of casting label, the equipment can integrate three to four trapping label machine varieties into one. It only needs to change the modules to realize the casting label of different varieties & types.
