Product Description
Multi line powder packing machine
Machine features:
1. GMP standard. Stainless steel machine body and stainless steel parts which contacts with the products
2. Auger feeding system, each auger controlled by each servo motor, the filling is more accuracy and stable. And it also have the air exhausting and Nitrogen filling function, this is developed by our company and we already get the Patent. (Patent number: Z 2016 0 0300534.0)
3, For the vertical sealing, we abandoned traditional sealing system, now we use side sealing system and unique bag mould technology. By using this new sealing and heating structure, the auger is easily to remove and it also can avoid the product heated when feeding, keep the product fresh. We already get the Patent for this technology. (Patent number: ZL2016 2 0959150.X)
4. The horizontal sealing adopt the Rigid balancing technique, the gear and rack work together with horizontal sealing bar, make sure the pressure for each lane is the same so the pattern for each bag is uniform and beautiful.
5, Unique bag moulding device to produce round corner end/special shaped bags.
The bags are with humanized corner design, more safety than ordinary straight corner bags.
There are double easy tears in side direction, bags are very easy to tear and open, it's very convenient.
The machine use unique sealing and cutting design, tiny the easy tear part to avoid the powder sprinkling
6, The machine main motor is Panasonic servo motor with good features, such as high efficiency, energy-saving, high starting torque and easy maintenance and easy to operate.
7,Servo motor control vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, cutter etc, the whole machine have no mechanical part.
8. Easy manipulation.
Machine operation is controlled by Touch screen with PLC system, touch screen can be set up in many languages, and PLC system can store a large number of data for machine performance
9, When loading the film, the film bracket can automatically move left or right to make film in suitable position and make film running in right position. This function can avoid the film waste, save film cost and labor cost.
10. We have use the temperature mould to instead of the temperature meter. You can adjust the temperature on the touch screen. When the temperature is too low or too high, the machine will alarm.
11. The machine have wifi function, that means you can monitor the machine working status on your phone at anywhere and anytime.
12. Each part of our machine have the series number, so in the future, if you want to change any part, you just let us know the series number will be ok.
13. Vacuum conveyor, used to convey the product into machine hopper automatically.
14. The film electrostatic eliminating device is installed on the machine, it can eliminate the electrostatic on the film.
15. New type changing film device. Controlled by air, it can make sure the film flat, even the joint part. Sometimes maybe you forget to lift the shaft, when the machine running, it will lift automatically.
