Main technical performance parameters:

1. Baling function: automatic bundling along the circumference of the steel pipe;

2. Number of packing strips: 6 to 8 per bundle (determined according to the on-site process);

3. Baling time: monorail ≤ 15S (pre-feeding belt bundling method);

4. Belt spacing: determined according to the on-site process;

5. The outer diameter range of the steel bundle: the distance between the opposite sides of the hexagon is less than 630mm;

2,This mechanical arm is different with electromagnetic chuck, if API steel pipe has magnetic, it's not good for welding seam connection, in order to improve the situation, we developed this design.

3,Also mechanical arm operate more fast than electromagnetic chuck.

4,This systerm lift and move by servo motor, mechanical arm rotation by pneumatic cylinder, arm moving by servo motor.

(2)Every shaft will be inspected for the centering jumpiness.

(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure it is in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
